PARIS, March 30 (Reuters) – European planemaker Airbus sees desire for traveling on the industry’s most-used jets – the medium-haul A320 and Boeing 737 family members – recovering to pre-pandemic ranges in 2023, amid concerns around the form of demand from customers for larger types.
Main Executive Guillaume Faury said on a webcast on Tuesday that the recovery in air travel in Europe had been “quite disappointing” so considerably in 2021 but that targeted traffic was rebounding in the United States.
The aerospace marketplace has been trying to estimate how prolonged it will get to return to history pre-pandemic site visitors concentrations witnessed in 2019, with regular estimates concentrating on 2024.
